The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
Complimentary free pick-up service from your hotel located in Puerto Princesa to the start of your tour. Additional fees may apply for hotels outside of central Puerto Princesa.
When booking please provide the names of all people in your party; as we are required to secure permits for the tour, listing the names of all visitors to The Underground River tour on your booking form is of high importance when booking.
