- Late check-out after 12 noon is charged at PhP 100.00 per excess hour if the room is available.

One hundred percent (100%) of the total deposit shall be forfeited seven (7) days before check-in.
If the guest has already Checked-In and cancels his/her reservation: the total number of days room reservation amount shall be collected from the guests.
Special consideration may be given in cases such as death, hospitalisation, bad weather from the point of origin, Flight cancellation or any valid unforeseen situations. These shall be subject to the approval of the Pension House/Inn Manager/Owner.
