Policies and Other Information
Check-out time is 12nn. We will be pleased to arrange a late check-out time from the hotel if you let us know in advance. An additional fee is payable for guaranteed late check-out.
Children policy:
- Children 2 years old and below are free of charge.
- Children between 3 and 6 years old are half price of extra person charge, inclusive of breakfast.

Other Disclosures:
Taxes and Charges: Accommodation rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP), per room per night and subject to 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) and 5% Service charge.
Visitor's Policy: Only registered guests are allowed inside the rooms. Guest may entertain visitors at the designated resort public areas.
- Cancellation of booking/s must be done seven (7) days before guest arrival and will be charged twenty (20%) percent of the total payable amount.
- Cancellation of booking/s made less than the number of days stated above will be charged fifty (50%) of the total payable amount.
- Cancellation of booking/s within the day of arrival will be charged one-hundred (100%) percent of the total payable amount.
For booking changes (i.e. additional number of guests/rooms etc), the Reservations Officer must be informed seven (7) days prior to guest arrival for him/her to effect the necessary revisions on the booking confirmation and quotation.
