Cancellation Policy

Cancelled bookings will be subject to penalties as shown below: 1) up to 21 days before arrival date (30 days in peak period), no penalty will be applied, fully refunded; 2) between 20 and 14 days before arrival date (29 and 20 days in peak period), you will be debited with a penalty equal to 20% of the entire stay booked; 3) between 13 and 6 days before arrival date (19 and 9 days in peak period), you will be debited with a penalty equal to 50% of the entire stay booked; 4) from 5 days before arrival date (8 days in peak period), you will be debited with a penalty equal to 100% of the entire stay booked; Any reduction in the length of stay will be considered a cancellation.
