Boat max capacity should be 16 including tourist guide and boatman. We are like sardines in the boat 16 plus 3 crew equlals 19. Service provider should strictly follow the max 16 capacity if the boat limit say so.13 passenger and 3 crew is the ideal for the caera boat provider. They should not look for profit but follow transportation safety guidelines.

I was unaware that this tour involvd quite a bit of swimming and requires a certain amount of physical fitness. I did not gain that information from the internet or did not look carefully enough. This is THE tour to do in El Nido since the lagoons are absolutely beathtaking.
