No Show - guests who do not arrive within 24 hours of check-in date and time will be charged the total amount of the reservation
Non-refundable amount may be applied to future booking credits. A cancelled (non-refundable) booking may be rebooked by the guest within one (1) year from the date of cancellation. The full amount may be applied to the future booking requested (Subject to availability)
Late check-out policy:
Check-out time is 12nn. El Nido Four Seasons Beach Resort will be pleased to arrange a late check-out time from the hotel, with advance notification. An additional fee is payable for guaranteed late check-out and should be paid at Front Office.
Children under 7 years of age will not be charged when sharing the same room as the parent(s) subject to the existing bedding arrangement of a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child to a room (unless booking for a quad room).
Children who are 7 years of age and above shall be considered adults for the purposes of all reservations and payment.

Please note that due to the distance from the mainland and lack of sufficient fuel to power the whole town of El Nido, electricity is available only from 2:00 PM to 6:00 AM daily.
Pick-up service from El Nido bus terminal is complimentary, please provide your arrival details when booking

No Pets allowed
Observe silence from 10:00pm-6:00am.
The hotel will not be liable for loss of valuables left inside the room, kindly ask the Front Office for use of the safety deposit box
Hotel Damages/Loss: any hotel amenities, lost or damaged, will be charged to the guest
