Our original tour was supposed to have a 9:30 am pick up time. The tour van did not pick up and we were asked to take a tricycle to the Park instead. I refused the means of transportation as this was not I paid for so they picked us up at 1:30 pm instead. Not very professional service.

This was my favorite excursion out of the whole tour, because it required physical actions I guess. Our tour guided didn't really say anything, he just drove us to our location. The other tour guide in the Irawan Eco-Park however said a lot. They provided us with everything listed in the Eco-Tour, except visiting the Mayor's house and seeing his collections of antiques. This was replaced by a tour to the Bee Farm.

Hapy with services supplied even though long periods of waiting and little information supplied. Tour guide was mainly involved with another group and we did not see much of her.
Very disappointed that our tour did NOT include jungle trekking even though it was promised in package. Also did not visit Hagedorn eco-home although this was also promised in our tour package.
It would have been excellent tour and great value for money if we were given full tour that we were promised.
