The 14 roomed Country Villa was conceptualized and designed by Ruth Ordonez, who carefully designed and handpicked every detail of the villa--from the material of the curtains down to the colors of the tiles. The result is a refreshing, shabby chic beach experience that is as comforting and inviting as the guest room at your favorite aunt's beach house. All Country Villa rooms are air-conditioned with private bathrooms. (Hot showers in Deluxe Rooms only).

Native Cottages: Constructed with bamboo floors and woven bamboo walls, the Native Cottages are much like the homes of many rural families throughout the Philippines. The cottages are built on stilts, right on the beach; guests can see the sand below through the cracks of the bamboo floors. Staying in our two cottages will make your stay a truly Filipino experience particularly ideal for budgeting backpackers hoping to explore the town for weeks or months.

For guests that have already checked-in: Guests that choose to check out earlier than their reserved check-out date and time must inform front desk personnel at least 48 hours before the date/time of early check-out.
Cancellations within 24-48 hours would be entitled to a 50% refund/discount on the remaining booked dates while cancellations within less than 24 hours are subject to a full (one-night) charge;
Late check-out policy:
Late check-outs are charged extra on an hourly basis and are subject to room availability. In the event that another guest is scheduled to check into the room being vacated, the guest requesting late check-out must give up occupancy at the designated check-out time.
Requests for early check-in (ex: 1 or 2 hours before check-in time) or extension of stay must be arranged with the front desk as early as possible and are subject to room availability. Marina Garden is not responsible for providing accommodation outside the confirmed reservation dates.
Children policy:
Children who are under 7 years of age will not be charged when sharing the same room as the parent(s) subject to the existing bedding arrangement of a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child to a room (unless booking for a quad room). Children who are 7 years of age and above shall be considered adults for the purposes of all reservations and payment.
