Due to the nature of tour groups, a reasonable number of late cancellations will be imposed after assessment. Generally, this will happen if the following situations occur after the final option date.
- Cancellation of Reservation
- Reduction of reserved rooms from the number given in the preliminary rooming list
- On periods like Christmas, New Year, Golden Week and other dates specified by Royal Oberoi Resort Hotel as Peak Periods, the following shall be required:
Sixty days prior to the first night of occupancy, a preliminary/ morning list and progress report must be reviewed by the Sales Department. A one night deposit for every room blocked is required:
The Final option date shall be thirty days prior to the first night of occupancy. Our Sales Department must have received the two (2) copies of an alphabetised room listing, showing early arrivals and late departures, subsequent space must then be required ahead and subject to room availability.
