Policies and Other Information
Our check-in time is at 2:00 PM. However, if guests arrive earlier, we will do our best to accommodate them in our guestrooms.
Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Request for late checkout without charge shall be granted subject to availability of rooms.
Children policy:
Children below 12 years of age sharing a room with their parents (without an extra bed) are free of charge.

Other Disclosures:
Taxes and Charges: Accommodation rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP), per room per night and subject to 12% Value Added Tax (VAT) and 5% Service charge.
No Show / Cancellations/Amendment
Amendments: A 15-day notice for room amendments will be allowed for group bookings and 7-day notice for individual bookings.
Cancellation: 72 hour cancellations – will receive a full refund. 48 hour cancellations – guests will be charged the cost of one (1) night
The hotel reserves the absolute right to charge the full length of stay for any adjustments/ cancellations/ no shows beyond the cut-off date especially on the day of the guests expected arrival.
All requests for amendment or cancellation should be sent to the Hotel in writing. Basis of cancellation shall be the date in which the Hotel receives the cancellation letter/voucher and not based on the date the letter was made.
