About Us
We pride ourselves on actually being familiar with all the hotels, resorts and accommodation we list by personally visiting the establishments and introducing ourselves to owners and managers. This not only allows us to personally give information to our valuable customers about the place they are enquiring into, but also gives us the knowledge to select accommodation and tours for the customer's needs and requirements so they will always feel at home.
The booking service is managed by Helen Atanacio originally a British citizen who married a Filipino, her husband Chris and moved to Boracay around four years ago. They since have had two beautiful children. Helen has worked within the travel industry for many years on luxury cruise ships as a Purser and also has a very successful hotel on the island which she runs with her family - her husband Chris, her father, his wife - and from time to time her sister! A true family run business!
Helen is truly caring by nature and previously headed Age Concern Kirklees as Chief Executive - Promoting Social Enterprise Businesses which made money to support welfare projects. She is currently active in working to promote and preserve Boracay and is on the committee of the BFI (Boracay Foundation Inc.) which focuses on island matters and regeneration and conservation projects. Helen also clubbed together with many other parents on the island who wanted more for their children, to build and create their own non-profit school. They now have a very successful Island Home School run independently with their own headmistress and teachers who follow the British Curriculum.
Being familiar with the neighboring Islands of Cebu and Palawan, Helen and her team have branched out into bookings and information for Cebu and Palawan
Also on the team are our reservations and information officers May Gomez and Chad Cocjin. May is a native Filipina and speaks Tagalog (language of the Philippines) plus her local dialect of Visayan, so she really gets the local information hot off the press! May's home town of Kalibo is on the next door island of Panay, thus adding more to her local knowledge and information for our guests. Chad is Filipino and comes originally from Manila but has lived many years in Cebu and now Boracay so is full of knowledge about all our destinations. In addition we have krishna who is our marketing administrator. She comes from Manila.
