Boat max capacity should be 16 including tourist guide and boatman. We are like sardines in the boat 16 plus 3 crew equlals 19. Service provider should strictly follow the max 16 capacity if the boat limit say so.13 passenger and 3 crew is the ideal for the caera boat provider. They should not look for profit but follow transportation safety guidelines.

Tour B was the best and not congested. A lot of food accomodation for guest unlike tour A and tour C which was always sold out to maximum passengers. I advise the tour provider not to maximize the maximum boat capacity. This will result to food shortage and unsafe travel.

- 19 May 2013, Mr Anton S.Our original tour was supposed to have a 9:30 am pick up time. The tour van did not pick up and we were asked to take a tricycle to the Park instead. I refused the means of transportation as this was not I paid for so they picked us up at 1:30 pm instead. Not very professional service.

For 6 hour trip, we wish there were two stops to stretch ourselves or more leg room on the van and less people instead of 14 people coming back from El Nido.
