Complimentary free pick-up service from your hotel located in Puerto Princesa City to the Batak Visitors Center, Concepcion. An additional or reduced fee may apply for travellers who are staying at hotels outside of central Puerto Princesa (e.g. Astoria Hotel).
Bookings, with payment and complete details as requested below, must be made a minimum of 3 days prior to tour date
If your booking is for only a few people, but you are then joined on your tour by people from another group, your tour cost will be recalculated and you will be refunded the difference, through the same payment route you made for the booking.
Our Bookings are confirmed on the basis of travellers providing all the required information. Failure to provide us with the information we require, may result in your booking being cancelled and refunded.

When you receive your Booking Voucher, upon confirmation, make a note of the Tour Operators Contact Number, for any problems
Please be advised that it is the traveller's responsibility to advise of any changes to hotel or pick up point a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour date; contact the Tour Operator direct (number will be provided on the Booking Voucher). We can not guarantee that last minute changes can be accommodated as the office of our Tour Operator shuts at 5.30pm and pick-ups start at 6.00am
Please be advised you will be required to pay an Entrance Fee of 100PHP and an Environmental Fee of 40PHP, per person, on arrival. This Fee is not included in the cost of this Tour as it must be paid direct at the Village.
For those wishing to add a trek to the Village, please be advised if there have been adverse weather conditions prior to the tour, it is possible that the trek element will be cancelled. This is for Guest Safety as the area can be prone to floods, high water and landslides.

The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
