Complimentary free pick-up service from your hotel located in Puerto Princesa to the  start of your tour.  An additional or reduced fee may apply for travellers who are staying at hotels outside of central Puerto Princesa (e.g. Astoria Hotel) or in Sabang.

Booking notes

Bookings, with payment and complete details as requested below, should be made a minimum of 3 days prior to Tour Date

Our Bookings are confirmed on the basis of travellers providing all the required information. Failure to provide us with the information we require, may result in your booking being cancelled and refunded.

There is a Special Requests section, next to Travellers Details, on our Booking Page where you can add the following information:-


    • Please provide the names and date of birth of everyone in your party


    • Please provide the name of the hotel where you will be staying


    • Those bringing luggage on tours (onward journeys to El Nido/Return Flights from Puerto Princesa), please be advised there will be a charge of 350PHP for any luggage items over 12kgs


When you receive your Booking Voucher, upon confirmation, make a note of the Tour/Hotel Operators Contact Number, for any problems.

Please be advised that it is the traveller's responsibility to advise of any changes to hotel or pick up point a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour date; contact the Tour Operator direct (number provided on the Booking Voucher).  We can not guarantee that last minute changes can be accommodated as the office of our Tour Operator shuts at 5.30pm

Disclaimer: On very rare occasions the Tour may already be full when you book.  In such cases we will email you and offer you a different date or time, or a Full Refund.

Caring For The Customer

The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
