Meeting place prior to departure is the Caera Tours office in Calle Hama, Buna Suerte, at the center of El Nido town and a few meters away from the boat station.
Bookings, with payment and complete details as requested below, should be made a minimum of 5 days before your planned tour date.
If you are booking for a tour between January-May (High Season), you are encouraged to make your booking a minimum of 3 weeks prior to tour arrival to avoid disappointment
Our Bookings are confirmed on the basis of travellers providing all the required information.
Failure to provide us with the information we require, may result in your booking being cancelled and refunded.

When you receive your Booking Voucher, upon confirmation, make a note of the Tour Operators Contact Number, for any problems.
Please be advised that it is the traveller's responsibility to advise of any changes to hotel or pick up point a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour date; contact the Tour Operator direct (number will be provided on the Booking Voucher). We cannot guarantee that last minute changes can be accommodated
The (ETDF) was establish in 2008 to fund the expenses of environmental maintenance and protection. The ETDF is also used to develop environmental protection projects which aim to limit the impact of tourism on the environment.
The fee of P200 per person is to be paid by all tourist upon arrival for Island Hopping Tours, direct to the Local Government Officials.
The PHP 200 per person User Fee for Small Lagoon will be part of the Integrated Protected Area Fund (IPAF) for all protected areas in El Nido.

Taxes and Charges: Tour rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP), per person and subject to 5% service charge and 12% Value Added Tax
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
