Guests are to make their own way to El Kabayo, Clark Free Port (see Gallery for map)

If you would like us to arrange transportation for this activity, hit the Customize It Button and we'll add in a mini-van (additional fee).


Getting there by Public Transport:
1) Take a bus from Manila to Dau Bus Terminal.
2) Walk to the intersection with KFC and a gas station. Cross to the opposite side and take a jeep bound to SM Clark. Get off at Clark Main Gate Jeepney Terminal.
3) Check for the Route 3 Terminal (ask the Jeepney Barkers) and take a jeep for that route. Ask the fare collector to stop at Clark Picnic Grounds.
4) Your jeep should pass directly in front of El Kabayo and it will be almost at the end of the route, so don't panic if you're the last passengers

Booking notes

Bookings, with complete details as requested below, should be made a minimum of 3 days before your planned tour date.   

Bookings are confirmed on the basis of travellers providing all the required information.  Failure to provide the information may result in your booking being cancelled and refunded.

Please use the Special Request box on our Booking Page to add the required information:-

  • The names, date of birth, nationality height & weight of everyone who will be riding.

 

  • Please select the correct time slot when booking and advise if you want to book a 2, 2.5 or 3 hour trek. Our system is automatically set to 2 hours Trek (& its Corresponding Rate) Our Reservations Team will adjust the booking and advise you of the total payment due for longer treks.


When you receive your Booking Voucher, print it out and keep it with your other important travel documents.   Make a note of the Tour Operators Contact Number, in case you need to contact them

It is the traveller's responsibility to advise of ANY changes to their booking, a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour, by contacting the Tour Operator direct (number on the Booking Voucher). We can not guarantee that last minute changes can be accommodated

Guests who are asked to leave the premises due to inappropriate behaviour which may cause harm or danger to the horses, other riders or staff, will not be entitled to a refund of their deposit or payment.

 




Please ensure that you read and understand the Itinerary, Participants Guidelines, Children's Policy, Amendment Policy and Cancellation Policy

We collect a deposit only for your ride and the Final Booking Price includes a 5% Service Charge for online payments.

  • This Deposit is non-refundable should you cancel the booking. 
  • Please ensure you have the remaining balance, in cash on arrival. 
  • Failure to pay on arrival will be considered a No-Show and deposit is non-refundable.


Guests are to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes before their scheduled ride, in order to complete the registration process and be fitted for a hat.

Caring For The Customer

The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
