Exclusion: The 150PHP Environmental Fee is Not Included in the rates of this tour and is payable on arrival.  This is Per Person and covers both the Honda Bay and Underground River Tour.

Bookings, with payment and complete details as requested below, should be made a minimum of 3 days before your planned tour date.   

If you are booking for a tour between January-May (High Season), you are encouraged to make your booking a minimum of 3 weeks prior to tour arrival to avoid disappointment

Booking Note: Bookings are confirmed on the basis of travellers providing all the required information.  Failure to provide the information may result in your booking being cancelled and refunded.

Please use the Special Request box on our Booking Page to add the required information:-

• The names, date of birth and nationality of ALL people in your party.  We must have this to secure individual permits for each person. We will not process bookings without this information

• The name of the hotel where you will be staying, for Pick-up

• The Children's Rate applies to children between 3-5 years of age. The Tour Operator reserves the right to request additional payment for any party members booked as children, who are older than 5 years of age.

• Those bringing luggage on tours (with onward transfers to El Nido/Flights from Puerto Princesa), please be advised there will be a charge of 350PHP for any luggage items over 12kgs

• Those with Pick-up's at the Airport; if your plane is cancelled or delayed, resulting in you missing your pick-up the tour will be considered a No Show and is Non-Refundable

• Those hoping to add the Side Tours to their bookings should be aware such requests are in no way guaranteed; the side tour options are dependent on enough people wishing to join on the day, as well as any time constraints of other guests in your party

• Cancellation & Amendments: Cancellations, or Amendments requested to either the Tour Date, or the name of one of the participants, will be subject to an Amendment Fee of Php 685 per person, where the Visitor’s Entry Permit has already been secured.

When you receive your Booking Voucher, print it out and keep it with your other important travel documents.   Make a note of the Tour Operators Contact Number, in case you need to contact them

It is the traveller's responsibility to advise of ANY changes, to the hotel or pick up point, a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour pick-up time, by contacting the Tour Operator direct (number on the Booking Voucher). We can not guarantee that last minute changes can be accommodated as the office of our Tour Operator shuts at 5.30pm and pick-ups start at 6.00am

Valid ID Card: Please bring a valid Identification Card (Passport, License, Company or School Card) during the tour in order to validate your permitat the tourism office in Sabang Port.

Please ensure that you read and understand the Itinerary, Participants Guidelines, Children's Policy, Amendment Policy and Cancellation Policy

Disclaimer: On very rare occasions the Permits required for this tour (see Other Disclosures Section) maybe announced as already sold, just after we receive your booking.  In such cases we will email you and offer you a different date, or provide a Full Refund.

Guests who are concerned about visiting the Underground River, in light of the April 2017 Travel Warnings issued by the US and UK Embassies, are required to follow the Tour Cancellation Policy, and lodge their cancellation request by emailing us to request cancellation, as early as possible.
