Complimentary free pick-up service from your hotel located in Coron Town Center to the drop-off area. An additional fee will apply for travellers who are staying at hotels outside of Coron Town Center.
Bookings, with payment and complete details as requested below, should be made a minimum of 3 days before your planned tour date.
Our Bookings are confirmed on the basis of travellers providing all the required information. Failure to provide us with the information we require, may result in your booking being cancelled and refunded. There is a section called Traveller's Request on our Booking Page where you can add information.

When you receive your Booking Voucher, upon confirmation, make a note of the Tour Operators Contact Number, for any problems.
Please be advised that bottled water is no longer offered with the tour. Kindly bring your own water or reusable water bottle, which can be refilled on the boat/restaurant.
Please be advised that it is the traveller's responsibility to advise us of any changes to hotel or pick up point a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour date or to contact the Tour Operator direct (number will be provided on the Booking Voucher). We can not guarantee that last minute changes can be accommodated as the office of our Tour Operator shuts at 5.30pm and pick-ups start early
Those travellers with same day arrivals at the Airport; if your plane is cancelled or delayed, resulting in you missing your pick-up, the tour will be considered a No Show and is Non-Refundable
Depending on the tour you will arrive back at around 7.30pm.

Taxes and Charges: Tour rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP), per person and subject to 12% Value Added Tax and 5% Service Charge
The "caring for the customer" rating is an aggregate score for the five parameters we survey (Service of Staff, Quality of Information, Overall Experience, Safety/Organization and Overall Impression/ Value for money). There must be a minimum of 3 traveller ratings we can average before we display a rating for the tour. We also age traveller ratings and discard any that are over twelve months old.
