El Nido Airport (ENI) serves El Nido, SEAIR have seasonal flights to El Nido while Island Transvoyager Inc. (ITI) also have charter flights to and from El Nido. Note that the airport can accommodate only small aircraft, so the prices tend to be higher than flights from Manila to Puerto Princesa.
